IV sedation is an excellent option for patients who may experience anxiety or fear when visiting the dentist or undergoing more extensive dental work. It allows you to achieve a deep state of relaxation, making your dental experience virtually pain-free and stress-free. Our commitment to your well-being extends beyond dental expertise; it includes ensuring your comfort and peace of mind throughout your visit. Trust us to provide you with the highest level of dental care and a soothing experience with IV sedation administered by our skilled CRNA. Your dental health and comfort are our top priorities.

As with all our services, we keep you informed of treatment choices, and with a dental emergency we do our best to get you out of pain as quickly as possible.

We offer additional sedation approaches to ensure your comfort:

Nitrous Oxide
Nitrous oxide is a gas that you breathe in through a nosepiece during treatment. Nitrous provides an almost instant euphoric feeling and the effects wear off within in a few minutes after the gas is removed.

Oral Sedation
This form of sedation is delivered in a pill. Once the pill has been ingested, you will remain awake but feel relaxed and at ease. Oral sedation is typically less expensive than other methods. Feeling drowsy is a normal side effect of this approach.

We are committed to making all your dental visits a positive experience. If you have any questions about sedation dentistry please call us at (605) 332-1500.
